Turtle Thanks

My assistant's daughter asked me to make a Valentine's Day card for her to give to her boyfriend. Halloween Banner

Okay, it's hard to tell in this picture, but the Halloween paper is perfect for this banner! I didn't have letter diecuts big enough for this banner so I pulled out the old Cricut and cut the letters an inch and a half tall. Here is a little closer look and the materials I used:
