I've Got Sunshine and Stripes on a Rainy Day

So if the weather where you live is anything like where I live, it is nasty today!! We are barely in the winter season and I am already sick of the cold, the rain, and worst of all, indoor recess! So, for the Serendipity Stamps Stripes Challenge, I decided to go bright and cheery. Here are the materials I used:

Autumn Blessings


Just as I sat down to add this post, I realized my perfectly lit picture was of an imperfect card. A jewel had fallen out of place :/ see below:

Happy Fall!

 What a fun stamp set! The design team at Serendipity Stamps really did a great job of selling this set. The idea to use the corn husks in this way came from Karen Amidon. Easter Chicky

 This little chicky (and all the others from Serendipity Stamps) is so adorable! This card is for the Addicted to Stamps Holiday Challenge and The Crafter's Cafe Easter Challenge. It is hard to tell from the picture, but part of the flower is raised up using silicone. I got that amazing idea from a class with Jenny Gropp. Here are the materials I used:

Somebunny Loves You!

So cute! I love this bunny and the carrot paper! I made this one for the Serendipity Stamps Spring Fever challenge, The Crafter's Cafe Challenge, Addicted to Stamps- Anything Goes challenge, and the Simply Create Too challenge. Here are the materials I used:

Veggie Basket- Serendipity Stamps Challenge

Even though I didn't win the IO challenge this past week, I really enjoyed the thrill of competing! I have been encouraged to join the Serendipity Stamps challenges as well. The challenge for this one is called "Hidden Gems." I haven't been doing this very long so pretty much everything is a hidden gem to me. I didn't even know my mom had this stamp, but I think it turned out pretty well. Here are the materials I used:
