Turtle Thanks

This little turtle is hilarious! My mom needed a card for a friend that let them stay at her house on the beach. She's a big turtle fan so I think she will get a kick out of it! This card is also for the Try Stampin' on Tuesday Challenge #329.

Orange, Teal, & Brown (oh and orange again!)

I found some new challenge blogs that I wanted to try out. One is called Fusion Card Challenge and the other is AAA Cards. I like that Fusion provides a theme and a layout for your cards. You can choose to use the theme, the sketch, or both! The theme right now is "Orange, Teal, & Brown." AAA Cards promotes clean and simple designs. The current theme there is "Orange U Glad UR CAS."
Here are the materials I used:
  • Spring Medley stamp set by Impression Obsession
  • Flower Trio die set by Impression Obsession
  • Labels 8 by Spellbinders

I don't have a picture of the card that inspired mine. I saw it in a card store and did my best to replicate it. There is a card that looks very similar to this one on the lawn fawn website as well.
Happy crafting!
