Happy Fall!

 What a fun stamp set! The design team at Serendipity Stamps really did a great job of selling this set. The idea to use the corn husks in this way came from Karen Amidon. I got a last minute invite to a concert yesterday and I had the best time! This is just a little thank you card for the sweet friend that invited me. The design came from Freshly Made Sketches #204.

Birthday martini :)

My husband, the wonderfully supportive man that he is, asked me why I don't make more birthday cards since I need those the most. He then opened the drawer that is packed to the brim with already made cards and said, "I don't think there is a single birthday card in there." To his credit, he was right. So, I decided to make a birthday card that isn't for anyone in particular yet. I am entering it in the following contests:
