My Cousin's Birthday!

My cousin did a little card making after visiting my family once so I am very excited to give her a handmade card this year :) This card is also for IO Happy Birthday challenge. Here are the materials I used:

  • memento ink- tuxedo black
  • purple and sparkly ribbon
  • sparkly silver enamel dots
