I have spent the last couple weeks working on Christmas gifts with the new Taylored Expressions 2017 calendar cards. Christmas already?! Yes! They are a lot of work, but they got wonderful reviews from family and friends last year so when my mom brought them home for me, I got right to work. Today I took a break from that to make a card for the Try Stampin' On Tuesday Challenge #278. The sketch had an optional theme of blue and white. The new mermaid stamp went perfectly with that theme. Here are the materials I used:
- Splash stamp by Impression Obsession
- Life is Good stamp set by Lawn Fawn
- Stitched Square diecut by My Favorite Things
- paper: Seaside collection: Journey and Oceanic sheets by Authentique
- copics- B00, B12, B14, E00, E01, E19, YR24, YR27, Y17, R02, R11, R14, R20
- memento ink- tuxedo black and paris dusk

ReplyDeleteOh wow, Leigh, this is such a sweet mermaid image, but what I love most are some of your background papers, they are gorgeous. I so love the sea and you have captured that wonderfully in your card. Thanks for joining us at Try Stampin' on Tuesday. So glad you did! Crystal
ReplyDeleteLeigh, your card is so fun and your coloring is wonderful! Looks like you were busy with a little fussy cutting too. Thanks for sharing with us at Try Stampin' or Not on Tuesday.
